At Berkshire Hills Labradoodles we strive to breed the most beautiful, non shedding and allergy friendly Australian Labradoodles. We breed true Australian Labradoodles that have been selectively breed for many generations to produce wonderful temperaments, exceptional beauty, and vigorous health. They are sometimes refered to as Australian Service Dogs because of their excellent ability to do service work.
Our nonshedding puppies are consistent in looks, temperament and coat quality. We do not a cross a Lab with a Poodle, we breed Australian Labradoodle to Australian Labradoodle with an occaional infusion from other lines for genetic diversity or line developement. They are from Australian lines which is a very different dog.
We are located in Haydenville Massachusetts, which is nestled in the foothills of the Berkshires and surrounded by farmland, rivers, and five colleges (Smith, Amherst, Mount Holyoke, Hampshire, and UMass)
Our happy dogs have plenty of fresh air and land to run around on at our farm.
They are our pets and live with us in our home. They vacation with us, snuggle in our beds, and couldn't be loved any more than they are! Our puppies are born in our bedroom and are raised in the house where they are very well socialized.
Health is very important to us and our dogs are tested for many genetic issues.
